Although I wasn't as close to Judy in high school as many others in our class, I still remember her as being extremely nice and very friendly ... always with a smile on her face. I wish to send my sincere condoences to her family.during this sad and difficult time.

I have such wonderful memories of Judy, from the Glee Club and I as a member of our class' outer circle of stage and musical artists of which she was a unifying figure. I also remember a weekend in Baltimore in the fall of 1962 when I came down to visit a Goucher classmate of hers, and we, Robert Port and Judy spent the whole time singing, sailing and celebrating our youth. Unfortunately it was the last time any of us saw each other until the 50th reunion. Judy was a dynamic, talented lovable person who I hope enjoyed some of the good things of life along the way. Farewell dear Judy.

I remember Judy as a very talented, always up beat and friendly person at Shaker. I remember well her love of Theater - something we had in common. My sympathy to her family and friends.

 Judy--

I missed your friendship when we went to college and I will miss you now.  I believe you had many difficulies and were stalwart and brave in the face of them.  I believe you were sexually assaulted as a child and I believe you underwest the trauma that goes with that.  Why say this now--because I believe it changed the course of your life, because it makes me sad, and because I miss you.

At Shaker I was blessed to have an amazing group of friends. In the past 7 months, three have passed. This photo shows Judy dancing. She is next to Susan Hardesty Christy (this is her family farm house) and Lynn Selker. We had several retreats together our senior year. Judy was so outgoing, sang beautifully and made us happy. Judy's cheer is much missed. (For 2 other pictures, see Donna Lee Pratt and Gregg Dixon's Memory pages).
